Bowls Scotland

With the exemption of the District 1 semifinals and finals, ALL ladies and gents District 1 Championship ties MUST be played on a neutral green. 

Each competitor who is a member of more than one District 1 bowling Club affiliated to Bowls Scotland MUST notify their parent bowling club of all bowling clubs within district 1 they hold membership.

Clubs then complete the appropriate form by listing the full first name and full last name of each player representing their club who also holds multi membership of district 1 bowling clubs affiliated to Bowls Scotland including the name of these clubs on or before May 14, 2026.

It must emphasise that this is a local requirement for District 1 and clubs must submit the full names of their players to ensure there is no breach of the National Championships Rules & Regulations.

Due to distances travelled, and to help reduce traveling costs, clubs are encouraged to share transport. 

Where a club has a player or players competing in more than one discipline, these names and disciplines should be notified by email to your district 1 coordintor on or before May 14, 2026.
